Returns & Withdrawal

Fine art prints

Every product is made specifically for you after you choose the artwork, the size, the frame and the finishing. Based on those choices a production order goes to our production partner; we do not hold finished products in stock.

Because this is a made-to-order product, you cannot return a purchase because you changed your mind. This is stated before purchase and you confirm it during checkout.

As long as production has not yet started, you can cancel the order free of charge. Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

Commissioned artworks

Commissioned works are made entirely to order and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal under the statutory exemption for custom-made goods. After acceptance of the commission and/or receipt of the deposit, the commission cannot be cancelled free of charge.

Original paintings

Original paintings are not sold through a direct checkout, but through a personal quote and purchase process. Withdrawal and returns are therefore set out in the individual quote or purchase agreement.

Damaged, defective or incorrectly produced

Did your order arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly produced? Then you remain fully protected: you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund. These statutory rights apply to every product and are not limited by the exclusion for made-to-order products.

Report it within a reasonable period after delivery via the contact page, quoting your order number, a short description and a photo of the problem. We will then arrange a solution with you.

How it works

Do you have other questions about your order? We're happy to help with those too.
